ChinaCheck does not purchase goods on behalf of customers and does not advance or pay international freight on a customer’s behalf. Where supported by the carrier, the customer pays the carrier directly. Payment arrangements are confirmed before dispatch.
Shipping documents must reflect the actual shipment and carrier requirements. ChinaCheck is listed as shipper only where the actual arrangement supports this and the carrier permits it. The shipper, exporter/declarant and freight payer may be different parties. Product descriptions, quantities and declared values must be accurate.
Shipment acceptance depends on the actual product, destination country, carrier restrictions and applicable customs and product-safety rules. Some regulated goods can be shipped by qualified specialists, but we do not handle those services. We cannot guarantee customs clearance. A visual inspection is not a safety or compliance certification.
Do not send goods to a receiving address unless we first confirm that we can accept the request.
