Pilot starting prices only; final quote depends on parcel count, item quantity and workload. Product costs, domestic seller shipping, international air freight, payment charges and any import taxes are separate. Air freight is intended to be paid directly by the customer to the carrier where the carrier supports this arrangement. We do not advance or pay freight on the customer’s behalf. Visual checks do not guarantee hidden defects or regulatory compliance. Payment method and shipment roles are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Small, ordinary items only.
Please message us before buying or sending goods. We do not accept machinery, bulky/high-volume cargo, sea freight, batteries or battery-powered items, paints, aerosols, hazardous products, or goods requiring special certifications or permits. Shipping documents and customs declarations must reflect the actual shipment and the roles required by the carrier and applicable rules. Product descriptions, quantities and declared values must be accurate. ChinaCheck is named as shipper only where the actual arrangement and carrier requirements support it; the exporter/declarant and freight payer may be different parties.

Good to know
Can ChinaCheck buy products for me?
No. You purchase and pay the sellers yourself. We only offer approved receiving, optional inspection, consolidation and air-shipping coordination.
Is video inspection required?
No. Personalized inspection is optional. Basic receiving and consolidation can be quoted on their own.
When do I pay the shipping fee?
We confirm the final shipping charge after parcels are packed and measured. You pay the carrier directly where this is supported. ChinaCheck does not advance or pay international freight on your behalf. The carrier and shipment arrangement must be confirmed before dispatch.
